Aqua Fit

Fitness Passports are accept at Nepean Aquatic centre for Public Swimming and our Aquarobic services. Your Fitness Passport will cover $7.50 of your casual attendance fee.
Aqua Deep
- Non weight bearing exercises using a buoyancy belt in deep water
- Participants experience a whole body workout
- Increase the depth, increase the workout benefits!
- Buoyancy belts provided
- Classes held in Lap Pool
Aqua Gentle / Natal
- A gentle aquarobics class designed specifically for pre and post natal women and seniors.
- Also good for people recovering from surgery,
- experiencing joint or mobility issues,
- those new to exercise,
- or participants returning after a extended time out.
- Numbers are limited to provide more space for each participant (after all we have babies on board!)
- Pre natal women are welcome to bring a support person to class with them – friend, mum, aunty etc
- Exercise at your own pace with great music and a friendly atmosphere.
Public Swimming
- Who doesn’t love a crystal clear indoor heated pool, all year round?
- Our pools are open to the public every week day
- Come swim some laps, walk in the water, go through your own exercise program, etc
- Or just bring the kids in for a splash around!
- Perfect if you want to get fit, lose a few kilos, or do some injury rehab.

Kids Swim 4 Fitness

Swimmers who have completed Sharks can then choose from the 2 options below:
- Are 8 - 18 years.
- Wish to maintain their water and general fitness.
OPTION 1 – Transferring into our Development Squad (if 11yrs or younger) and wishing to pursue competitive swimming. This requires attendance of 2-3 sessions per week, booked like LTS and fees paid monthly in advance via direct debit. Swimmers must also join Nepean Aquatic Centre Swim Club, participate in Friday club nights, and compete at selected outside swim meets throughout the year. An expression of interest email can be sent to squads@nepeanswim.com.au and the interested swimmer will be invited to a trial session. After the trial, if successful the swimmer will be invited to join Development Squad.
OPTION 2 – Transferring into our Swim 4 Fitness program. This option is for any age who either wish to remain swimming as a cross trainer for another sport or keep fit or if over 12, wish to pursue competitive swimming (see note below). Swim 4 Fitness can be booked at reception or by sending a booking request vis the iClass Pro app. Fees are paid monthly in advance via direct debit.

Squad Swimming
- You must become a member of Nepean Aquatic Centre Swim Club**
- You must attend the suggested swimming meets as specified by our coaches.
- Fees are payable monthly by Direct Debit and are processed in the 1st week of each month.
