Exciting software upgrade!

Great news! We have a software upgrade scheduled for early March, with lots of convenient benefits for our customers!

You will have much more control over your Learn To Swim experience at your fingertips using the Parent Portal and iClass Pro app, which allows you to:

• Advise of any absences
• Book makeups
• Change days and instructors
• Make payments for outstanding balances
• Purchase gift certificates (credits)
• Book parties, camps and school holiday programs
• Track skills attained
• Stay across news and announcements
• Access Terms and Conditions and other forms
• Cancel out of our program
• Be contacted directly via push message should a class be cancelled or changed at short notice
and much more!

Of course we will still be available at reception and on the phone to help with any of these functions, but we hope that the self service option will relieve queues and congestion at reception upon arrival to lessons.

To allow us a smooth transition to the new software and allow all customers use of the Parent Portal and mobile app we need to confirm your correct:

• Email address
• Direct Debit details

We will be in touch over the next few weeks to confirm any email addresses or Direct Debit details which need updating or to obtain your direct debit details if we don’t have any on file. You will of course still have the option to avoid the Direct Debit being taken out of your account each month by ensuring your account is in credit via a payment made before the end of the month for the following months fees. This advance payment can be made via the app, over the phone, or at reception at any time during the month. Don’t forget you can also use your Active Kids Vouchers to add credit to your account!

Please also be aware that with the changeover to the new software we are moving away from Ezidebit, meaning considerably lower dishonour fees through Integra Pay if a scheduled payment fails to go through when processed. You can also cancel out of the program at any time via the app, ensuring that no fees are generated for the following months Direct Debit.

We will be communicating all changes to you every step of the way and will provide extra staff on reception to help with your enquiries and to make the most of your app functionality over the first few weeks after our software upgrade is implemented. There will be no disruption to Learn To Swim lessons or any of our other programs.
